As a customer, you want to understand what you are getting for what you are paying for

  • 99% means that per week it can be down for 1.68 hrs

  • 99.9% is 10.1 minutes

  • 99.95% is 5 minutes

  • 99.99% is 1.01 min

  • 99.999% is 6 seconds

  • If the SLA is not met, you are guaranteed service credit
